Error build Golang with SQlite on Docker

 "Binary was compiled with 'CGO_ENABLED=0', go-sqlite3 requires cgo to work."

Add RUN cmd with option in Dockerfile

RUN go build -a -ldflags "-linkmode external -extldflags '-static' -s -w" -o main
